Comedy following BBC weatherman Bill Onion's attempts to get back on television after being fired. He turns to best friend Jez for help, as Jez knows Nigel Harrington, a TV executive at Channel 4. Unfortunately Jez's wife-to-be, Selina, is systematically 'culling' all of Jez's friends and is none too keen on Bill. Bill must be sure not to offend Selina if he is to have an opportunity to talk to big-shot Harrington.
